Kenilworth Park Plaza is a seventy-seven unit apartment complex that is HUD subsidized for low-income seniors. Kenilworth Park Plaza is located in the center of the Holgate Center campus in Southeast Portland. Sherwood Park is located in the community of Keizer Oregon. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, its acreage is landscaped and designed to represent a peaceful, park like setting for the residents and their families. The back court yard is completely secure with walking paths, sitting areas and a beautiful garden area with a pond and fountain.

For the older adult there is housing and there is housing with services available. Different states may have different licensing types for housing which offer services and regulations may differ from state to state on what services can or can not be provided under the licensing types. To still further confuse us, different housing providers and managers will coin new terms to suggest what may or may not be available in their building.
