Valley Eldercare Center is a 160 bed skilled nursing facility, providing 24-hour nursing care by licensed nursing staff who are trained for most sub-acute needs. Our nursing home is located at 2900 14th Avenue South, Grand Forks, ND at the south end of the medical park complex.

The care center was built in 1975 and remodeled in 1992. Sixty residents live in three wings and are served by caring staff in a home-like atmosphere.
