Welcome to ManorCare Health Services of Wilmette, a 79-bed facility located in the heart of the beautiful residential area of Wilmette. Our quaint, home-like center is a part of the community, offering skilled nursing with three levels of care alternatives and specializations in Alzheimer's disease and rehabilitation.

We have changed our name to The Neighbors Rehab and Healthcare Center. This name will better reflect the population we currently serve. In 2005 we rehabilitated almost 200 new admissions and were able to successfully send them home. We no longer are just Long Term Care. Our Therapy to Home program has been established for the many short term rehabilitative stays. In addition we have an Alzheimer's program, Day Care, and Respite Care along with our Skilled and Intermediate care.

Newton Rest Haven has private rooms as well as 2-3 bed rooms. Our rooms are large and airy with big windows to let the light in. Our elders are able to watch the wildlife from their windows overlooking a spacious lawn filled with trees and flowering shrubs in a lovely rural surrounding.

Our quiet setting is located on 14 very peacful acres in Waterloo, Illinois. It has a warm country atmosphere that truly promotes health and well being.
