Walnut Manor NursingHome was built on a dream – a dream in which a group of local businessmen and community members could build a long-term care facility for families wanting to keep their loved ones close, even when care needs changed or became more complex. In July of 1973, Walnut opened and accepted its first residents. Walnut Manor received their Skilled license in October of 2003 and Medicare Certification in June of 2004.
