Fair Oaks is a 46 bed long term care facility, certified under both Medicare and Medicaid. This facility is owned by Wisconsin, Illinois Senior Housing, Inc. (WISH), a non-profit corporation. Fair Oaks is very active in assisting with food drives for the local food banks as well as participating in Relay for Life.

Heritage Manor – Staunton, formally known as both the Barry Care Center and the Country Care Center, was built in 1965. Heritage Enterprises purchased the facility in March of 1996. We are located across the street from Community Memorial Hospital, which makes it easy for residents to get to doctor appointments. We also house our own Rehab-to-Home Program.

A part of the Bloomington-Normal community for 25 years, Heritage Manor – Normal provides a continuum of care for all levels of need. Affiliated with both Adelaide Apartments and Evergreen Place, Heritage Manor – Normal provides both Legacy Care – Specialized Alzheimer's Services – and quality long-term and intermediate nursing care through on-site physical, occupational, and speech therapies.

Opened in 1964, Heritage Manor – Peru was one of the original facilities built by Heritage Enterprises. With additions being completed in 1967, 1974, and 1981, our facility now includes 129 beds. As a Medicare Certified Program, we offer physical, occupational, and speech therapies to our residents. Once in the middle of a cornfield, our facility is now close to two main thoroughfares in the LaSalle-Peru area, but we still maintain a neighborhood atmosphere.
