Holiday Villa East, was built by the Diller & Ganger family, opened it's doors in 1978. It's focus is on providing a stimulating & rewarding venue to Seniors looking for an active senior environment. As the only rent controlled facility like this in the area, it provides an affordable answer to the expensive corporate alternatives.

Our mission is to enable them to live life to its fullest, whatever their age or health. We recognize that our residents don’t always come to us by choice, but by necessity. That’s why we do everything we can to make the experience as enjoyable as possible by encouraging independence and individuality.

As Chaparral approaches its thirtieth year, we look toward the future as we pay respect to our past. We are dedicated to upholding the values set forth by our founders, but we understand that ideas evolve, from seed to sapling to oftentimes things greater.
