Today our current capacity of 167 residents includes 46 Assisted Living beds, 32 Special Needs beds, and 90 Skilled Care beds. In addition there are 9 independent living units on campus. John XXIII Home enjoys the reputation for quality care for all past and present residents and is affectionately referred to as "The Cadillac of Nursing Homes", by many people in the Shenango Valley.

HDC has dedicated itself to a public purpose of providing quality housing and expanding residential opportunities for households with modest incomes. While HDC develops real estate for people of all economic levels, in addition to commercial use, we continue to strive to meet the growing demand for affordable housing. With strong support from lending institutions, as well as public and private investors, HDC has been able to aggresively pursue this purpose.
