Beaumont at Bryn Mawr consists of two 3-story buildings, containing 132 one- and two-bedroom apartments with covered garage parking, and 68 two- and three-bedroom private villas with one- or two-car garages. The first floor of the Austin Mansion is used for dining rooms and various other activities.

Community Homes of Lebanon Valley, Inc. has recently set up Corporate Offices and moved into our newly renovated Corporate Headquarters. We are located on the Ground Floor of the Oak Terrace building and can now provide better services for our residents with the centrally located Administrative Offices.
