Designed for seniors age 55 and over, Country Estates allows you the choice of several apartment styles. Apartments range from 718 to 1202 square feet. You will have the freedom of enjoying an independent lifestyle while benefiting from the many amenities on the full continuum campus. Personal care services are now available.

A place to be independent. At Riverview Place, you can maintain the independence you’ve come to enjoy throughout the years, without the burdens associated with home ownership. Choose either a one or two bedroom apartment, and you’ll appreciate the spacious, luxurious design. You’ll take pleasure in the functional kitchen, where you can prepare your favorite dishes, or treat yourself to a meal with friends in the cozy dining room.

St. Anne's offers two programs: 1) A Basic Care facility with 54 beds licensed by ND Health Department with all services provided. The resident must have the ability to dress, eat and toilet themselves. 2) The facility also offers independent living with 30 low rent efficiency apartments and low rent housing. Additional services offered include: meals, housekeeping, laundry, activities and religious services.

This facility provides a retirement living community for senior citizens. It is located close to west Acres Shopping Center, 3 clinics, churches, and grocery stores. For the elderly individual who can live independently, Southwest Healthcare Services offers 14 unfurnished apartments adjacent to the Long-Term Care facility called Sunny Apartments. Each apartment includes a stove and refrigerator with access to laundry facilities. Sunny Apartments was recently remodeled in Spring of 2008.
