The Pioneer Manor is Northeast Montana's premier retirement facility.

Sunrise Bluffs Estates provides independent living for persons 55 or older. Rent cost is based on apartment size, low income residents pay a percent of adjusted income. Utilities except phone, cable TV, and internet access in your room, are included in the rent. We are here for you when you need us. Your comfort and well-being are important to us. We know all of our residents by name and we care that their needs are being met.

Centrally located in downtown Great Falls, Montana the Park Manor is close to shopping, restaurants, churches, public transportation, the library, post office and more. We offer social dining in our central dining room, light housekeeping, laundry facilities, social and recreational activities, a private park, off-street parking and more.

The Resident Care Team, including the Administrator and Nurse, oversees the care and services provided by the specially-trained Resident Assistants.
