Welcome to Meadowbrook Manor. Our family-owned and operated nursing and rehabilitation centers have been providing dignified and home-like care and assistance for aging members of our community for over 25 years.

In November of 1985 our first tenant arrived in our new retirement complex which was built adjacent to the Nursing Center. The complex has 22 independent apartments ranging in size from small studios to two bedrooms. This complex has its own dining /community room with a noon meal provided daily. The tenants of this complex must be independent, yet the security of nursing home staff nearby if needed.

Hospital services include acute and skilled nursing care beds, long-term care, physical, occupational, and speech therapy, home health care, a full range of diagnostic and therapeutic services including nuclear scanning, computed tomography (CT) scanning, stress testing, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), bone densitometry, mammography, and ultrasound, as well as patient and community education programs.

Smith Village Retirement Community offers you peace of mind for the future as well as a myriad of services and amenities to suit any lifestyle. The new, spacious independent living apartments at Smith Village will feature fully equipped kitchens, a washer/dryer and individually controlled heating/air conditioning.

Catherine Kasper Village is made up of individual homes. They provide the independence that many retirees wish for yet with the support of the caring staff at the Center when assistance is needed.

The Arbor of Itasca is dedicated to providing quality nursing care in a home-like environment for seniors who need assistance and companionship, while conforming to federal and state requirements for intermediate and skilled health care facilities.
