Woodbridge Homes is a residential care facility designed to address the social, economic and health needs of physically and mentally impaired adults at affordable rates.

Many people visit us for post-operative or short-term rehabilitation care, while others may be long-term convales­cents. Some of our residents do not require extensive skilled nursing services, yet wish to be near medical help if needed

Big Meadows is among the first nursing homes in the nation to adopt the “Eden Alternative” concept, which represents a major philosophical and programmatic change that diminishes barriers to growth in the nursing home by surrendering the institutional point of view, creating a more homelike environment, and making plants, pets and children the focal points around which daily life in the nursing home revolves.

115 apartments with a fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room, bed-room, and patio/balcony. Five apartments are designed with accessibility features for a wheelchair. Seven apartments have two-bedrooms. Meal program serving 5 meals weekly (in additional to rent); closed on weekends and holidays.

Those who developed Good Samaritan Home carefully created its design and thoughtfully planned its philosophy of care centered on the individual. There are sixty beds in the skilled nursing facility and 48 of them are in private rooms, the remaining 12 beds are in semi-private rooms. In the late 1960’s ground was broken for Good Samaritan Home, which officially opened its doors in December of 1968. Its reputation as a highly-regarded, quality provider of healthcare services quickly spread.

Serving the Pana community for over 30 years, Heritage Manor – Pana has been owned and operated by Heritage Enterprises since 1996. Formerly known as both Pana Health Care and Barry Care Center, our facility has undergone a complete remodeling in 1992, and is a 151-bed, skilled nursing facility.
