Since its early inception, the Ararat Home has expanded in both size and scope. Today,the Ararat Home exists to provide assisted living and nursing/convalescent care facilities primarily for the Armenian Community and to promote Armenian heritage and culture in America.

Bonnie Brae Terrace was built in 1971 in partnership with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). It is a four story structure with 138 studio apartments, 12 studio/alcoves and 14 one-bedroom apartments. Bonnie Brae Terrace provides housing and a meal program.
