The Arizona Pioneers’ Home is a continuing care retirement home operated and funded by the State of Arizona. The Home provides care and services to residents living independently, as well as to those requiring personal, assisted living, intermediate and skilled care; criterion for admission is affixed in state statute.

The SunBird Golf Resort Homeowners Association is an active adult age restricted 55+ community located in Chandler Arizona. SunBird is a gated community with 1,631 homes within and a 43,000 square foot clubhouse/recreation center. SunBird has many recreational activities including a fitness room with sauna, Jacuzzi and locker rooms, two swimming pools, four tennis courts, six shuffle board courts, six billiard tables and two horseshoe pits.
