Choosing Chester Village means that you will receive the dedication of our team with experienced support for you and your loved ones. Chester Village, with accommodation for 203 residents, is conveniently located in an established community at Danforth and Warden Avenues.

Residential facilities for older adults only are designed to enable retired individuals and other elderly people to have a form of independent living, while sharing common interests and having access to supportive services

It accommodates approximately sixty people in either private or semi-private rooms. We can accommodate people on a short term basis for vacation, convalescence, or respite stays. Private and shared accommodation is available in furnished carpeted, bed-sitting rooms. To add your personal touch, you are encouraged to bring some of your favourite furnishings and accessories.

The history of the Malcolm house is an integral part of the Retirement Residence and Kurhaus "your path to wellness". The house was purchased in 1923 by James Malcolm, Chairman of the Andrew Malcolm Furniture Company. Many of the items of furniture found in the Residence today are period pieces that provide a beautiful ambience and atmosphere in the home.
