The main building has 111 independent living suites and 15 assisted living suites available on a monthly rental basis. Heritage Heights rental rates are based on the premise that people in need should not have to pay more than 30% of their income for rent. Applicants are asked to provide financial information to ensure the rental rate does not exceed this amount. Current rates (as of August 2007) are $493 for a one bedroom suite, and $588 for two bedroom suite.
