Smithfield Lodge, originally built in 1983, was regenerated in 2003 and has forty-four single rooms. This California-style architecture consists of central dining room with four wings radiating from this area. Residents use washer and dryer is available in two of the wings with on-site hairdressing room, and assisted tub/shower facilities. A shower faclity is also available for resident whose mobility is limited to a wheelchair. Foot care clinic comes in once every two months.
