That is why there are no hidden costs or expensive buy-in fees at University Pines. Our month-to-month rent includes virtually all of your expenses. All utilities are included (except telephone), as well as weekly housekeeping and linen service. You will be served nutritious chef prepared meals daily, in our elegant dining room. We even have on-site transportation available for shopping, appointments, and other exciting outings! As a resident, you will also enjoy a full complement of activities. We feature an on-site beauty/barber shop, billiards room, excercise and activity room, library, and a large screen TV lounge. You participate in scheduled activities such as: lunch outings, adpot-a-school programs, bridge clubs, and socials. It's your choice; you can take part in as many or as few activities as you wish.
