Tyndall Estates has bed-sitting rooms, studios and apartments that are designed for comfort and carefree living. Each type of accomodation is located on a separate level, with a cosy communal lounge with a fireplace and observation deck on each.
All of the accomodations are designed in soft, muted tones, with comfortable and inviting furnishings.
We have committed and loyal staffing at Tyndall Nursing Home. Our staff members are experienced employees: 11% have 25 years experience, 31% have 15 years experience and 5% have 10 years experience.
We also have a large group of over 150 volunteers.
The industry standard by the Ministry is 2.04/nursing hours per day for each resident.
At Tyndall Nursing Home we provide 2.80/nursing hours per day for each resident. That is equivalent to 14 extra nursing staff per day above the industry standard.
Tyndall enhances in house staffing levels through providing community colleges, secondary co-op programsand other approved learning centres with on hands practical training.
