The Huntington at Nashua

The Huntington at Nashua is a full service, all-inclusive Life Care Retirement Community for Active Retirees. The Huntington offers a 90% Refundable Entrance Fee as well as a Non-Refundable Entrance Fee. The enhanced value of Life Care protection, an unlimited long term care program, guarantees that our on-site healthcare center affords residents the comfort of knowing that, if ever needed, lifetime assisted living or nursing care will be available at no additional cost. Residents pay an all-inclusive Monthly Service Fee; both the monthly fee and the Life Care fee are considered pre-paid medical expenses that can be tax deductible.

The main focus of The Huntington is encouraging healthy living for active retirees through a variety of wellness-based programs.

Our intimate community consists of 124 apartment homes offering both privacy and familiarity with the people who live here. New friends are made everyday while old friends are welcome to visit and spend the day. We have 12 different style apartments ranging from 625 square feet to 1431 square feet. Our apartment homes have fully equipped kitchens, wall to wall carpeting, ceramic tile floors and granite counters and many have bay windows. All of our ground floor apartments have inviting patios. We are also a pet friendly community. Wait List applications are now being accepted for all our apartment styles.

The Huntington has recently completed Cottage Homes ranging from 1800-1934 square feet. They include 2-car garages, some with walk-out basements, stainless steel appliances, front loading washers and dryers, cherry cabinets and fireplaces.  Residents who live in the Cottages will have full access to all the amenities and services that The Huntington has to offer.  Additional Cottages are planned for the future.

Kent Village, our on-site Assisted Living and Nursing Center for future use by our current residents, includes all private rooms with private baths. Kent Village offers 2 full time Activities Coordinators, 2 dining atmospheres as well as a beautiful outdoor courtyard for residents and families to enjoy. At Kent Village the person can receive as much help as needed with  activities of daily living as well as full housekeeping and maintenance, all meals and snacks and a variety of wellness programs.
