The Gardens, appropriately named, is an exquisite community with high ceilings, natural sunlight and hundreds of live plants throughout the common areas. Several apartment styles are available to meet your financial and personal needs. Many feature private bathrooms, kitchenettes, private covered patios, and walk-in closets. As an extra benefit, many of our residents have taken advantage of bringing their beloved pet with them when moving in.
The Gardens provides assisted living in a secure environment for individuals with Alzheimer's disease or related dementia. The Special Needs Unit consists of 18 private studio apartments with private bathrooms and kitchenettes. This beautiful unit has high ceilings, natural lighting and live plants throughout the common areas. Our staff members are specially trained and dedicated in the care and support of individuals with dementia and their families.
The Gardens also provides Independent Living is a beautiful retirement community located in Springfield, Mo. The Gardens Independent Living is Springfield's newest retirement community for independent seniors. For those who wish to remain more independent, The Gardens Independent Living should be their first choice. This 100-unit apartment complex has many features and services to offer, including one- and two-bedroom apartments, spacious floor plans, month-to-month rent, hair salon, Movie Theater and more. Our apartments range from 502 to 936 square-feet in size with four different styles.
