The Inn offers comfort service programs that are available through your choice of home health care providers. This program is designed for those who can live on their own, with a little help. The Inn provides individually tailored services while promoting privacy, dignity and peace of mind.
Memory Support Care at The Gardens
The Gardens is designed, staffed and programmed to provide a secure, flexible and activity focused living environment that enhances the lives of residents with early memory loss, symptoms of Alzheimer's disease or related dementia.
Nursing and Personal Care at The Springs
The Springs provides nursing and personal care, including rehabilitation, a variety of therapies and long-term care. A comprehensive range of medical, social and personal services meet the needs of the whole person - body, mind and spirit.

Constant communication with our residents and families in forums like our resident council, family meetings and customer satisfaction surveys helps us to "just keep getting better."
At The Fountains, our menus are changed twice a year to match the change in seasons and to introduce new menu items that reflect the latest trends in food. All of the food is prepared in restaurant-style kitchens by trained chefs. As each community is different, the menu is customized to fit its unique personality. Through comments and direct interaction with the residents, the Executive Chef and Director of Dining Services create a menu that is unique to each Fountains community.
This interaction with the residents is most evident in the Distinctively Fountains Signature program. In this program the residents of each Fountains community work directly with the culinary team of their community to create a menu item, such as a soup, sandwich, salad and cookie that is unique to their particular region of the country and each resident's own passion for food. After their distinctively Fountains Signature item is created, it becomes part of their regular menu and is shared within the whole Fountains community.
