Our independent lifestyle provides a full range of services and amenities that are all included in your affordable month-to-month apartment rental package. You may choose from a spacious studio, one bedroom, or two-bedroom apartment. Your own private apartment quickly becomes home with your personal furnishings.
Our common areas are brimming with enticements including a game room, billiards table, beauty shop, exercise room, and a library. Our activity calendars are filled with exercise classes, scenic drives, parties, outings and much more. It’s your choice – immerse yourself in as many or as few activities as you wish. Either way, you will feel quite at home at The Clairmont.
If you still love to travel, being a resident of The Clairmont automatically makes you a member of our travel program. You may stay at other Holiday-managed retirement communities throughout the United States, Canada and England, upon availability of a guestroom. (Exceptions apply in Hawaii where residents must pay a nominal charge.)

The managers always serve coffee at each meal while you enjoy an appetizing meal prepared by our chef. All of our food is fresh and prepared from scratch.
