Our mansion, which is nestled by a peaceful neighborhood and beautiful backdrop of the Wasatch Mountains, features 79 apartments that include assisted living and memory care.
You will be inspired by the building’s architecture, craftsmanship, style and the elegance of our modern interiors. The apartment selections include one- and two-bedroom suites as well as small and medium studios. Some of the distinctive features of the community are fine dining, a 24-hour bistro, wrap-around porches and terrace sunrooms. As well as beautifully landscaped gardens that will create a wonderful walking experience.

We understand that each resident is an individual with unique needs and preferences. That's why we meet with residents and family and conduct an assessment - prior to move-in and at regular intervals after move-in - to understand the need for assistance and support.
This assessment helps determine the appropriate care and service that preserve each resident's dignity, encourages independence and best enables freedom of choice. The assessment results in determining a specific service level based on the amount of assistance provided.
Upon completion of the assessment, a team comprised of the Executive Director, Assisted Living or Reminiscence Coordinator, Health Care Coordinator, and our designated Care Manager prepares an individualized service plan that is monitored on a daily basis.
