Sunrise of Lynn Valley, a licensed residential care community, provides intermediate, extended and palliative care to our residents in a warm, home-like environment.  Just minutes from Lynn Valley shopping centre, a recreation centre, several parks, churches and schools with excellent access to major transportation routes, Sunrise of Lynn Valley is centrally situated in the heart of Lynn Valley and next door to the 100-year old Mollie Nye heritage house. Our community is also within close proximity to the well-regarded medical care at our North Shore hospital, together with fire, police and rescue services. We are located in a quiet, beautiful residential North Vancouver neighborhood with the unique and quite spectacular setting at the foot of the North Shore Mountains.
