The wonderful staff at Snug Harbor took excellent care of our grandfather. They were warm, patient, and exceptionally caring. The facility is beautifully designed and well-appointed and the location on Nelson Bay is ideal; it is quiet and peaceful. We could not have hoped for a better place for our grandfather.
