While the 10-acre Santa Catalina Villas is primarily a luxury residential complex, there is a "safety net" of services and support, should they be needed. If healthcare is required, we offer a variety of services on our adjoining 10-acre La Rosa Healthcare Center: Assisted Living, Alzheimer's Care, Skilled Nursing, Respite Care, and a Rehabilitation Therapy Department.
