PURPOSE
S&S Personal Care Home provides alternatives to families or care-givers responsible for adults who are unable to live without supervision. S&S Personal Care Home will help prevent premature institutionalization of your elderly and/or disabled loved one. Referrals to S&S Personal Care Home are accepted from individual citizens, physicians, hospitals and community organizations.
