We understand that each resident is an individual with unique needs and preferences. That's why we meet with each resident and family and conduct an assessment - prior to move-in and at regular intervals after move-in - to understand the need for assistance and support.
This assessment helps determine the appropriate care and service that preserves each resident's dignity, encourages independence and best enables freedom of choice. The assessment results in determining a specific service level based on the amount of assistance provided.
Upon completion of the assessment, a team comprised of the Executive Director, Assisted Living or Reminiscence Coordinator, Health Care Coordinator, and our designated Care Manager prepares an individualized service plan that is monitored on a daily basis.

Because our activity programs are tailored to our residents, each community’s calendar will vary according to the individual preferences of the residents who live there.

Walk a few steps further and you can set-up an appointment at our Snips and Clips beauty salon. Take a look inside our spacious apartments and you’ll find kitchenettes, beautiful French doors opening into the bedrooms, walk-in closets, and spectacular views over-looking Lake Owasso. Finally, don’t forget to come outside to enjoy the flowers on the back patio and beautiful Oak and blossoming Cherry trees along our walking path down to the lakeshore. |
