We are located in downtown Denver in a secure, park-like setting, with spectacular hi-rise views of the mountains and Denver skyline.
CARING FOR THE BODY Franklin Park offers financially assisted, independent housing for those 62 years of age or mobility impaired. As our residents’ needs change they have the freedom to change levels of care without leaving familiar surroundings and friends. As members of CAHSA, in addition to skilled nursing and assisted living, our Care Center specializes in:
- Wound care
- HIV/Aids
- Respite care
- Hospice
- Medicaid/Medicare
CARING FOR THE MIND Residents at Franklin Park have many opportunities to continue life long learning and pursue leisure activities. They discover countless options tailored to meet their individual needs in a friendly and supportive setting. With free on-site transportation, residents have occasion to explore the recreational and cultural life of our city and nearby mountains. With state of the art security, 24-hour caretakers and attentive staff, “I feel so safe and secure here. It really feels like home,” declares Nona. This is city living at its finest!
CARING FOR THE SPIRIT When our residents seek emotional and spiritual guidance, they often turn to our campus chaplain who listens and counsels without judgment, and offers warmth and compassion to any who wish to avail themselves of this service. We are dedicated to serving the whole person - body, mind and spirit.
Care Type
Assisted living support is available in private and semiprivate rooms that include a wide variety of care.
The Health Center at Franklin Park provides a continuum of care. When a more acute level of care is needed, highly skilled nursing care 24 hours a day is provided. Short term care is provided for those residents whose care includes rehabilitation and respite services. Rehabilitation care includes physical, occupational and speech therapies. Respite care is a chance for caregivers to take a break from their daily routines, while placing their loved ones in a safe, caring environment. Long term care is also available. This level of care includes intermediate and skilled nursing care. At this level, our registered nurses, licensed practical nurses and certified nursing assistants are on duty 24 hours a day providing closely monitored attention and treatment.
