All Primrose residents enjoy special designation on our "Priority Wait List" and can change their residential status if the need arises. For example, town home residents generally require less medical and other types of assistance than residents of our assisted living facilities. Under our "Continuum of Care" approach we offer residents of Primrose town homes and independent living apartment homes the prioritized opportunity to move to our assisted living and memory care facilities. Or you can move from a town home to an independent living apartment home.
