| We know value is important to you. That is why there are no hidden costs or expensive buy-in fees at Primrose Chateau. Our month-to-month rent includes virtually all of your living expenses. All utilities (except telephone) are included, as well as expanded cable service, weekly housekeeping and linen service. You will be served three nutritious chef-prepared meals daily in our elegant dining room. We even have on-site transportation available for shopping, appointments and other exciting group outings! |

| As a resident you will also enjoy a full complement of activities. We feature an on-site beauty/barber shop, exercise and games room, activity room, library and a large screen TV lounge. You can participate in scheduled activities such as bingos, cards and crafts. It's your choice; you can take part in as many or as few activities as you wish. All of this is included in one monthly rent! |
