Ten-story Philips Tower offers a mix of 222 one bedroom and studio apartments, each fully equipped for a comfortable lifestyle. Full kitchens and roomy closets are part of all apartments. A guest apartment provides extra space for hosting overnight visitors. All utilities are included except telephone and cable TV. We provide an all-in-one telephone package with one phone, voice mail, and a “trouble signal” feature that alerts the desk if the phone is dropped off the hook. Expanded cable TV is available at a special rate. Life enrichment centers are a hub of activity on every floor of the building. They offer pleasurable group interaction such as arts and crafts, communal viewing of a large-screen TV, and parties. Other life enrichment centers include a library with reading enhancement technology, computer center, chapel, and outreach work area where residents make helpful items like dolls and cancer pads for a variety of charitable organizations. The laundry facility is located on the first floor and is available for residents use at any time. The entire building is protected with a modern sprinkler system. Secure parking is available for residents with cars.
