Parkwood has a great landscape. Beautiful trees, shrubs, and flowers highlight their ten acres, which feature a number of excellent walking paths for enjoying the landscape. This park-like setting even has gorgeous views of the Rocky Mountains, with a stunning view of PikeÆs Peak from the third floor dining room.
Parkwood has great accessibility. While Parkwood is set in a quiet, residential area, they are still close to all the great activity of Fort Collins. This city has a number of amenities, including a major university, good shopping, and superior public facilities (parks and recreation) û most just minutes away! Shopping at the Foothills Mall is a few miles down the road. Golf fans can find two golf courses within two miles, and there is a lovely park for walks and wildlife less than a mile away. Site seeing, Rocky Mountain tours, and the senior center are all other resident favorite activities, many accessible nearby. |
