Nof HaGefen is a geriatric nursing hospital situated in a picturesque stone building in the heart of the German Colony in Haifa.
The hospital has five departments; three nursing care departments, suited to the cognative level of the residents, one department for complex nursing care and one specialist dialysis department.
At Nof HaGefen our residents receive expert medical care 24 hours a day. Our services include physiotherapy, occupational therapy and soical work; all given in a manner that maintains the resident's self respect.
The hospital has the only specialist geriatric dialysis centre in the country and a large and well equiped physiotherapy centre.
We have activity rooms and a wide range of recreational activites available.
Our highly experienced staff provide 24 hour a day care and give personal attention to all the resident's needs.
Our dining hall serves the highest level of tasty Kosher dining under the supervision of a dietician where any resident's special needs are catered for.
