Nichols Village is anchored upon a hilltop surrounded by 84 acres of countryside in Groveland, Massachusetts.  Our senior living community is adjacent to the Merrimack River and located within a 15 minute drive of the quaint seaside community of Newburyport.  Nichols Village embarked on its maiden voyage in 2004 and has been steadily sailing along as a non-profit community for independent residents 62 and better.

Residents freely exercise their right to choose.  Living options boast varied styles and well designed homes including 78 apartments and 16 cottages.  Sizes range from a 1 bedroom up to a 2 bedroom with den.  Our versatile residency options include an apartment rental plan, and for apartments and cottages an LRT plan (Lifetime Refundable Tenancy).

A sampling of the bountiful amenities found at Nichols Village include an indoor heated pool for year round pleasure, palate-pleasing meal offerings and memorable life-long learning activities featuring programs such as Dakim Brain Fitness, presentations by various specialty physicians, art shows, fashion shows, block parties, winter festivals and more.
