Mulberry Estates’ reasonable all-inclusive* monthly rates include three delicious meals each day, served at your table in the elegant dining room, utilities, weekly housekeeping and linen services, transportation, cable television service, planned activities, no-charge laundry facilities, individual climate controls, and much more!
This elegant, catered environment is surprisingly affordable. All apartments include wall-to-wall carpeting, draperies, extra large bathrooms, apartment-sized refrigerators and spacious closets. Most feature private patios or balconies.
We have studio apartments with single occupancy prices ranging from $1,225.00 to $1,875.00; one-bedroom apartments ranging from $2,175.00 to $2,525.00; and two-bedroom apartments with prices ranging from $2,750.00 to $3,125.00.
Second person occupancy is an extra $525.00 per month.
