Our residence is ideal for those seniors who are tired of the responsibilities of owning and maintaining a home, preparing their own meals ( and often eating alone) but wish to remain independent or be ne ar family. We are proud of Montara Meadows compliment of services and amenities and on-site managers provide our residents witha warm, caring, and supportive environment.
At Montara Meadows all of our services and amenities are included in one reasonable monthly fee, there are no hidden costs or expensive buy-in-fees. Our month-to-month rent offers flexibility because we know that your ability to make choices is important. We do not tie anyone down financially with long term leases. If for some reason a resident decides to move, they can simply submit a 30-day notice prior to moving out.
A very unique amenity that should be mentioned is our Resident Travel Program. Residents of Montara Meadows automatically become members of our excluside Resident Travel Club. When traveling to another city throughout the United States, Canada, and England, residents may stay up to a week in a Holiday managed community free of charge, upon availability of a guest apartment (a minimum charge is applicable in Hawaii). Imagine feeling "at home" while on vacation. No hassle of checking in at hotels. No unexpected charges. That is what our residents enjoy through our free travel program. |
