Our carefree lifestyle is one designed to increase your independence, not limit it. After all, when you don’t have to cook, clean or fight traffic, you’ll have plenty of time for family, friends and all the amenities we provide.
One and two-bedroom apartments are offered on a month-to-month basis, with all amenities included in our reasonable rates. Our meals are made from scratch in an award winning kitchen, by our chef and his talented staff. Linens are included with weekly housekeeping, cable television, utilities and even local telephone is paid. Our drivers take you door to door for appointments and shopping. And, there’s a full calendar of activities with scheduled outings you’re sure to enjoy. You can get into shape in our fitness center and heated pool, relax in the spa, or enjoy puttering around our greenhouse. There’s plenty to do at The Madison and we’re close to shopping and everything you’ll need to feel right at home.
Living at The Madison has additional benefits. You’re automatically enrolled in our Resident Travel Program, something offered exclusively by The Holiday Retirement Corporation. Our residents stay for up to one week in a sister community, other than in Hawaii where some exceptions apply, entirely free of charge! This means you can travel the United States and Canada enjoying all the services and amenities you experience at home! If you have family visiting San Antonio, our lovely guest apartment is available at a nominal charge.
We know you’ll be comfortable at The Madison, but how about security? We’re a gated community with 24 hour staff, and our managers live here too! There is never a time when the community is “closed down.” There are always people here to make sure you are happy and safe. Additionally, every apartment is equipped with an emergency call system, and each resident receives a personal pendant to wear. Our location in the Medical Center area guarantees a fast response time in any emergency.
