The Longmont rests on one solid city block in a historic community at the north end of Longmont. A wonderful residential neighborhood sits to west, while the local fire station is right next-door! This peaceful setting features gorgeous views of the front range of Rocky Mountains and surrounding countryside. The third floor dining room has the best view though, an outstanding look at Long’s Peak that is always a welcome background for dinner.
This nice, quiet neighborhood setting is most disturbed by the Longmont’s active residents. Major shopping, restaurants, grocery, and department stores are all within a half-mile (some right across the street!), and most residents take full advantage. This area also has a number of excellent features with the retiree in mind, from the YWCA and Neighborhood Recreation Center, to the Senior Center and Bridge club.
A number of excellent medical facilities are nearby as well, assuring peace of mind for you and your loved ones.
