Lighthouse Pointe is in the Great Bridge section of the vibrant and growing city of Chesapeake, Virginia. We are just minutes away from the 1,090-mile Norfolk-to-Miami Intercoastal Waterway; Tidewater Community College; the Chesapeake Municipal Center; many churches; Chesapeake Hospital; shopping centers and malls; golf courses.
Additionally, we're a 30-minute drive to the Virginia Beach Oceanfront and 90-minutes to either Williamsburg or to the North Carolina Outer Banks.
Our facility celebrated its Grand Opening in September of 2004 and very quickly grew to 100% occupancy. Our residents don't just rent an apartment, they enjoy a lifestyle with a wide variety of activities and sociability with friends and neighbors within the community.
An activity they really enjoy are periodic daytrips to interesting places like the Ghent Historic Area of Norfolk; the riverfront in Yorktown; the Williamsburg Pottery in Lightfoot; Historic Jamestown; seafood lunches on the Chesapeake Bay.
