Lathrop offers numerous townhome and apartment floor plans in Park-Like settings.

Our Northampton Campus offers 3 floor plans in 79 two bedroom, townhomes. The Easthampton campus offers 5 floor plans in 61 two bedroom, townhomes (some with walk-out lower levels). Easthampton is also home to THE INN which offers 6 floor plans in 59 apartments ranging from studio to two bedrooms with den.

But, We are unique, as we offer an in-home Support Services Program that is “Fee for Service” and has many options- We also offer housekeeping and meal delivery for a nominal fee to ALL townhome residents - (These services are included in the monthly fee for Inn Residents- request info to find out more!)
