Subacute Care at Iliff Nursing & Rehab Center is designed to provide a cost-effective alternative to acute care hospitalization. The focus of this complex medical program is to provide treatment and rehabilitation for the medically fragile and the technology-dependent patient in need of continued high levels of nursing care. Each program is individually tailored to the patient's needs and the personal physician's recommendations.
