Harbor Place Gracious Retirement Living is an active and independent community managed by two resident couples that embody the philosophy we call “The Touch”.

Chef Robert prepares a variety of menu options for Breakfast, Dinner, and Supper. Each meal is served in the beautiful main dining room by trained servers who deliver the best in gracious dining.
Harbor Place also features on of the best Activity and Transportation programs available today. From daily exercise programs including on-site swimming pool exercise classes, to a variety of craft and entertainment options, we have something going on all day long. And, if you are still looking for more to do, we have a driver who takes our residents on planned excursions including shopping and doctors’ appointments.
Other amenities include our popular Beauty Salon and Barber Shop, Library, Multi-Denomination Chapel, Exercise and Billiards rooms, TV and Card Rooms, Private Dining Room for special occasions, and FREE Laundry facilities.
Our “Neighborhood” features 118 separate apartments, including studios, one bedroom and two bedroom, two bath apartments. We also have 12 two bedroom, two bath cottages with full kitchens, washers and dryers, and garages.
There are no long-term leases or buy-in fees and all arrangements are handled on a month-to-month basis. Each apartment features an emergency call system and weekly housekeeping and linen services. Our social gatherings are a highlight for residents. Family members are encouraged to join in and be a part of all we have to offer.
Harbor Place serves more than just our seniors. We have one of the best Volunteer programs around that allow our residents the opportunity to continue offering their talents to others in Corpus Christi.
