The Durham Regent is an established and vibrant retirement community, centrally located minutes away for Duke University and the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, as well as the world renowned Research Triangle Park and the bustling I-40/I-85 corridor. In addition, the facility is surrounded by the vast number of educational, cultural, ethnic and athletic opportunities that the Durham-Chapel Hill area provides. Our residents are actively involved in the Durham community in areas such as the Red Cross, Seniors Helping Seniors program, serving meals to the volunteers of Habitat for Humanity, assisting at the Ronald McDonald House and local soup kitchens.
