Collinwood is located in Fort Collins, CO, and provides both independent and assisted-living services. Collinwood is one of Fort Collins' first assisted-living communities, opening in 1993. The four lodge-motif buildings provide opportunities for both indoor and outdoor activities. The 11-acre property has the benefits of both worlds with mountain views and close proximity to shopping and cultural districts. Collinwood offers six apartment styles to choose from for a total of 87 units ranging from 255 to 442 square feet. Nine new independent apartments will be available in May 2007
