Chandler Estate

Here at The Chandler Estate, we promote an active, elegant, rural and independent lifestyle molded to each individual's needs. We are a step above the 'normal' senior living facility and are close to shopping and services. Our mission is to provide quality care and accommodations at a fair cost to our over 62 population.

We offer independent living cottages and garden apartments, in addition to personal care suites and rooms. Personal care can be based on a physician's determination but some senior adults desire independence with assistance in some areas of everyday living such as bathing, medication reminders, food preparation, cleaning or other services.

Garden units are separated from the main building and are situated in ranch style homes. Each building has just four units which provide the security of neighbors, yet the privacy that is desired for independent living.

Chandler Estate IV offers a variety of support services to keep residents in our units as independent as possible. For those occasions when additional services are needed, we are only a phone call and footsteps away.

Cottages are situated on a private cul-de-sac where individual and duplex single level units form cozy retirement living. Interior and exterior maintenance and lawn care are provided including snow removal.  Our Home Care Agency provides housekeeping and transportation services for a reasonable fee and many other options for assistance are available, including meal delivery. A tenant Social Coordinator plans shopping, special events, outings, trips and appointments making The Chandler Estate an active retirement community. You should have the time and space to enjoy yourself and time with your family.
