From the moment of admission, caring professionals from Nursing, Dietary, Activities, Social Services and Rehabilitation departments begin to assess each residents unique needs. The team meets as a group and begins to formulate a plan of care which may include assistance from other healthcare professionals, clergy, support organizations or family members. Family members are invited to attend personal conferences to discuss, change and modify, when appropriate, the prescribed plan of care. Our wellness philosophy encourages residents to live a full and balanced lifestyle. A complete calendar of activities and social programs are offered for all resident lifestyles. Qualified therapists and assistants inspire our residents to reach for and attain new levels of independence. Carrington Place is licensed by the state and participates in the Medicare and Medicaid Programs as well as other third-party insurance plans, including the Veterans Administration. |
