At Carriage House Estates nothing is more important than your comfort and safety. Each apartment is equipped with a state-of-the-art sprinkler system, smoke detectors and an emergency call system that link you to the managers around the clock.
We know that value is important to you. That is why there are no hidden costs or expensive buy-in fees at Carriage House Estates. Our month-to-month rent includes virtually all of your living expenses. All utilities are included (excpet telephone), as well as weekly housekeeping and linen service.You will be served nutritious, chef-prepared meals daily in our elegant dining room. We even have onsite transportation available for shopping, appointments, and exciting group outings!
As a resident you will also enjoy a full complement of activities. We feature an onsite beauty/barber shop, billiard room, exercise and activity room, library, and a large screen TV lounge. You can participate in scheduled activities such as lunch bunches, movies, resident bingo, bridge and socials. It's your choice, you can take part in as many or as few activities as you wish. All of this included in one monthly rent!
Carriage House offers its residents a convenient location to the many activities in the area. Walking and wildlife can be found a stones throw away at Westwold Park, while book check out at the Southwest Bakersfield Library is right around the corner. A little farther residents can find a major shopping mall, featuring Mervyn’s, Target, Ross, and much more. Nearby Gosford Road provides residents with convenient access to the rest of the city and its many opportunities, including great antique shops, a convention center with an ice rink, a class A baseball park, excellent museums, and much more. The area also features exquisite golf courses, including three country clubs within two miles of Carriage House.
