Than your comfort and safety. Each apartment is equipped with a state of the art sprinkler system, smoke detectors and an emergency call system that links you to the managers around the clock.
We know that value is important to you. That is why there are no hidden costs or expensive buy-in fees at Canyon Meadows. Our month-to-month rent includes virtually all of your living expenses. All utilities are included (except telephone), as well as weekly housekeeping and linen service. You will be served three nutritious chef prepared meals daily, in our elegant dining room. We even have onsite transportation available for shopping, appointments, and other exciting group outings!
As a resident, you will also enjoy a full complement of activities. We feature an onsite beauty/barber shop, billiards room, computer kiosk, exercise and activities such as: lunch bunches, bridge clubs, church services and socials. It’s your choice; you can take part in as many or as few activities as you wish. All of this is included in one monthly rent!
